Rise Ready

The capsule is easy to swallow, and I’ve felt a steady lift in my afternoons since I started taking it with breakfast. The friendly bacteria angle is what made me try it, and the B12 seems to do its part without any jitters.

Three weeks in and I’m noticing I don’t hit that 3pm wall anymore, which is surprising because nothing else has changed in my routine. The capsule is easy to swallow and the B12 dose feels like it actually does something by mid-afternoon.

The friendly bacteria plus B12 combo is exactly what my mornings were missing—I take one capsule after breakfast and notice the difference by mid-afternoon, no jitters or crash. It’s subtle but steady, and the bottle’s got a good three months’ supply for the price.
