Mellow Moon經期舒適

The saffron and rose combo makes this feel like a spa ritual rather than a period fix, and the shatavari is a nice herbal touch I haven't seen elsewhere. My mood’s been noticeably steadier since I started using it a few days before my cycle.

My cramps had me curled up on the sofa, but after a week of sipping this with warm water before bed, my evenings feel noticeably more peaceful. The saffron and rose blend is subtle and soothing, not at all flowery like I worried.

The ritual of making my evening cup has become something I actually look forward to—the rose and saffron smell is so soothing, and shatavari makes me feel like I'm doing something good for my body. It's the little bit of calm I need when my cycle makes everything feel off.
