純素 Biohair 軟糖

The watermelon flavor makes these actually enjoyable to chew, unlike the chalky biotin pills I used to choke down. Three weeks in and my hair is noticeably less brittle when I brush it, plus the 5000μg dose means I only need two gummies a day.

My nails have gone from peeling messes to actually holding a shape since I started chewing these. The watermelon flavor is genuinely good, not that fake medicine taste you get with most supplements.

Took a couple weeks to notice my nails feeling harder, but the 5000μg biotin dose is solid for the price. The texture is soft and chewy, not gummy-sticky like some others I've tried.
