Ultimate Vegan Vitamin D3

The 3000iu dose from mushroom-derived cholecalciferol is exactly what I needed since I can't do lanolin. My winter bone aches are noticeably quieter this year, and the small tablet goes down easy.

Three months of daily use and my blood work finally shows normal vitamin D levels, after years of struggling with the gummy versions that never seemed to absorb. The 3000iu dose from mushrooms is clearly doing its job, and the capsules are tiny enough that I don't even need water to swallow them.

It’s mushroom-sourced, so I finally got my D3 without any animal products — the 3000iu dose is perfect for winter. The capsules don’t have that fishy aftertaste I dreaded, which is honestly a win.
