Night Snooze Melatonin-free Sleep Powder

Wellgard Night Snooze Sleep Powder is a melatonin-free sleep supplement in single-serve sachets that dissolve into hot water to make a warm, sour cherry bedtime drink. Each 8g sachet carries more than 5,000mg of active ingredients, ten in total, for anyone looking for magnesium for sleep in a warm drink rather than another capsule or tablet.

The formula is led by 375mg of magnesium, supplied as magnesium malate, which is 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value, alongside 3,000mg of L-glycine, a gram-scale amino acid dose that suits a powder sachet. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.

It is joined by 7.5mg of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) at 125% of the NRV, and pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
